Rick Slaughter, a bio-engineer from Pittsburgh and Carolyn Barragan, a Digital Marketer from Connecticut, were both relocated to Philadelphia, the city of brotherly love, by their companies. Rick and Carolyn met on a winter evening in 2012 and have been inseparable ever since. The first date lasted hours, the second date immediately proceeded the first! They knew immediately that the other was “the One”. Their love, from day one, was unconditional and non superficial. They truly understood each other and offered each other immense support.
They still admirably remember the day the met, on that cold winter night and are extremely thankful that they did. Now, they are excited about what the future holds for Mr. & Soon-to-be-Mrs. Slaughter.
